The PTO board reevaluated the needs for both the LA Program and Fiesta de la Primavera this Spring and is working to distribute responsibilities through volunteer committees that report back to the coordinators for each program. For both of the positions support is available to help you learn the ropes. You don’t need special skills, just a willingness to do your part.

ISLA is a truly amazing community in which our children are nurtured in mind and spirit to become critical and creative thinkers, and caring and informed global citizens.  From our amazing LA program to class parties, field trips, uniform exchange, lunch volunteers, community building events and the yearbook, so much of this would not exist without the contributions of our ISLA parents.  Your involvement is critical to the continued success of the programs the PTO supports at ISLA!

The PTO has 3 open positions:

PTO LA Coordinator(s)

Fiesta de la Primavera Coordinator(s)

PTO Communications/Secretary

Help keep this amazing program running!

Please contact Ginnie Pollen at PTOchair@isla-academy.org  if you are interested in serving in either of these capacities.

Thank you for your support!

Sincerely,

The ISLA PTO Board

Box Tops are going digital!  As of this June, you will start to see the new digital Box Tops and with that will be a brand new app with which you will simply be able to scan your store receipt, find participating products and instantly add Box Tops to ISLA’s earnings online!  Parents will be able to see the school’s earnings through the app at any time. This should serve as a great motivator as each one of us will be able to see the earning grow first hand. We will keep you posted once the new app is available.

In the meantime….  Please continue bringing in your clipped Box Tops. All Box Tops will continue to be accepted until their expiration date.  If you happen to spot the new digital Box Top icon on packages before the new app is available, you can download the current Box Tops Bonus app, select the bonus offer and scan your receipt.
