🎭 ISLA Talent Show – February 27
Come watch our amazing K-5 students showcase their talents in a night full of fun, creativity, and unforgettable performances! From singing and dancing to magic tricks and comedy, you won’t want to miss this spectacular event! Special thanks to producers MK Dorr and Andrew Scipioni for putting on our first ISLA talent show!

🎮 Power Card Sales for Dave & Buster’s Officially Begin! (February 27 – March 3)
On March 6, our monthly Restaurant Night will be at Dave & Buster's in Southdale Mall. We're able to combine this fun family night with a mini-fundraiser by selling Power Cards – play cards for any Dave & Buster’s—and a fun way to fundraise for ISLA!

💰 $10 or $20 Play Cards Available – 50% of sales go back to ISLA!

📖 Scholastic Book Fair
The semi-annual book fair coincides with the student-led conferences, and is an outstanding fundraiser to support the ISLA General Fund. It's not possible without the volunteers that set up and run the fair.

Volunteers are needed for setup, preview days, sales, and tear-down—sign up to help!

📖 National Reading Month – All March
March is National Reading Month, honoring Dr. Seuss' birthday and encouraging kids to read daily! We've teamed up with our neighborly Dairy Queen for a free reading challenge!
🔖 Each student will receive a bookmark from their teacher to track six books they read.
🍦 Completed bookmarks = get a free mini Blizzard or kid’s cone from Dairy Queen!

🧑🏽Student-Led Conferences + Teacher Meals – March 6-7
Be sure to book time with your child's teacher for conferences. You can also meet with their specialist teachers!
Spring Student Led Conferences
Welcome to the sign up for our Spring Student-Led Conferences. We truly value our high level of family participation in these conferences and we strongly encourage parents/caregivers to attend!
Each 30 minute spring conference includes a 10 minute student-led session followed by 20 minutes with your child’s classroom teacher. Please use the links provided to schedule a conference for your child(ren).
📌 Book your conference time slot! Look for an email from ISLA when the schedule is available. Students do not have school. Grades 1-5 are student-led conferences.

⚾️ March 21 – Twins Tickets Deadline
Join 300 ISLA community members for a Twins game at Target Field. The game is April 27 at 1 PM. Our group reservation finalizes a month prior.
🎟️ Tickets are $50/person
🌭 Food and non-alcholic beverages included in Legends Landing concessions
🏃🏼 Kids run the bases after the game
🤑 Deadline for reserving and paying for tickets is March 21
